Are you a detail-driven bookkeeping professional who enjoys working with a variety of clients across industries? Do you thrive in a collaborative team environment where your contributions matter? Our growing public accounting firm is looking for a Client Accounting Specialist to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services department.

What You’ll Do:

• Process payrolls and prepare payroll tax filings
• Prepare sales/use tax returns and financial statements
• Reconcile books and assist clients with software setup (QuickBooks experts, we’re looking at you!)
• File W-2s, 1099s, and other year-end documents
• Help clients stay compliant while delivering top-notch support

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (public firm experience a plus!)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and deadlines across multiple client accounts
